HAIMER acquires a share in WinTool AG

Strategic cooperation with HAIMER!

TCM strengthens global sales activities through strategic cooperation with HAIMER. The Haimer Group acquires a 25% stake in WinTool AG.

Tool management is becoming increasingly important as a lever for increasing efficiency and reducing costs. Integrated hardware and software solutions to support central core processes in the tool management cycle are an integral part of this.

TCM has been relying on the internal products Toolbase and WinTool for many years. This service package is rounded off with our own data engineers, who support customers in the rapid and qualitative implementation of projects.

Now TCM is going one step further. Through a strategic and global cooperation with HAIMER, TCM is once again expanding its range of tool management services.

HAIMER, global player and market leader for tool clamping and presetting, has been offering innovative toolroom solutions for years, in which HAIMER shrinking, balancing and presetting devices ensure high efficiency.

TCM CEO Markus Temmel is delighted about the new partner and the global cooperation with HAIMER: "In 2023, we worked together very intensively and were able to achieve significant successes in a very short time. The product portfolios of HAIMER and the TCM Group complement each other seamlessly and our shared understanding of our customers' requirements will lead to even more effective overall solutions. Both partners stand for practical, high-quality solutions that are designed for the long-term benefit of the customer. Furthermore, we are convinced that the HAIMER product range will enrich our range of services in the Tool Management business field and strengthen our market position and our claim to be the market leader for tool management services. All TCM tool management customers will benefit from this globally in the future. We look forward to strengthening our strategic partnership and welcome HAIMER as a co-partner of WinTool."

Andreas Haimer, President of the HAIMER Group, explains: "The strategic partnership with TCM and the participation in WinTool fit perfectly with our strategy: We want to offer our customers worldwide a coherent overall concept with regard to digitalization and automation of toolroom management. This requires easy-to-implement products and intuitive software solutions that enable users to increase productivity in their production. With our new WinTool and Toolbase products, we are able to offer our customers the best complete package on the market. In a record time of just four months, we introduced the systems in our own large production facility with over 200 CNC machines. Our own positive experiences and the great customer feedback at EMO 2023 as well as the trusting cooperation with the TCM team have encouraged us to take the next step with WinTool and TCM."
